Welcome!
I’m Dr. Lynn Tran, a functional medicine chiropractor based in Wheat Ridge, Colorado. I help adults 55+ discover hidden stress patterns that may be affecting their quality of life, decode what their symptoms may be communicating, and create a clear path forward so they can rebuild their health with greater confidence.
OlyDaily was created to do more than feature OlyLife products. It is a place to explore these tools through a practitioner’s lens—how they may fit into everyday routines, how they can be used with greater intention, and what the broader research around PEMF and related wellness technologies can help us understand.
As an independent distributor, my goal is to bring together practical lifestyle application, available research and honest firsthand experience so you can make informed decisions about which tools may be useful for you.
Why I use and recommend OlyLife THZ Tera-P90+
I want to tell you this plainly, because you should know where I'm coming from before you weigh anything else on this site.
I do most of what you'd expect a functional medicine chiropractor to do. I exercise. I'm deliberate about what I eat. I protect my sleep. I have a morning practice which includes breathwork, prayer, & meditation. It all anchors my day.
I also wear a lot of hats. Healthcare provider, parent, spouse, entrepreneur, and whatever social life fits around the edges. And my sleep was paying for it. I'd wake in the middle of the night and lie there, unable to get back down. The next day I'd feel it — thoughts a little cloudy, harder to focus, a low hum of stress running underneath everything. All the right habits, and still not sleeping well.Since using the P90+ consistently, twice a day, my sleep and energy levels have changed. I sleep through the night. I wake up rested, like my body actually got the deep sleep it needed. My husband uses it on the same schedule and noticed the same thing.
What surprised me was how much I came to value the twenty minutes themselves. We're early risers, and it anchors the start of our day. At night it's a bookend — a way to slow the rhythm down and unwind. I look forward to it, not because of what the device might be doing, but because it's time I've carved out and I know it's coming.
And then there was something I didn't expect.
I lost much of my sense of smell after COVID in 2019. I worked at it the way I'd work at anything — nutrition, neurological rehabilitation, patience. There was improvement, real but gradual. Then it plateaued. I got by. But it stayed with me, that dulled quality, always noticeable.
What I missed were small things. The earthy smell before rain. The scent that comes off a lake. Those sound like nothing. But so is the smell of your own child's skin when you pull him in close. That was gone too.
Within days of starting the P90+, I smelled the lake beside the playground where my son was playing. I stopped where I stood. Not long after, rain. And then, eventually, him.
I didn't know what happened. My theory is that the device gave my body some energy it needed to keep healing. But a theory isn't a finding. Post-viral recovery is unpredictable, and I can't rule out that it would have resumed on its own. I have no mechanism to point to and nothing beyond my own experience.
I'm not telling you this so you'll expect the same. The device makes no claim about smell and neither do I. If you've lost yours, I'd want you working with a physician on it, not buying a wellness device and hoping.
I'm telling you because you might be wondering why a chiropractor brought a PEMF platform into her practice. This is why. Something happened that I couldn't explain and couldn't ignore, and it moved me from curious to committed.
